Introduzione

This policy explains how Vintage Room s.r.o. processes personal data of customers, website visitors, people who contact us and people who offer us goods for buyout or commission sale.

Vintage Room is a secondhand and vintage boutique. We may process personal data when selling goods, handling reservations, buyouts, commission sales, assessing offered goods, complaints and customer communication.

If you contact us by email, phone, Instagram, WhatsApp or another communication channel, we process the data you provide to us.

We use this data to handle your request, arrange a visit, reserve goods, assess offered goods and communicate about purchases, buyouts, commission sales or customer care.

The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract, and where relevant our legitimate interest in customer communication. Ordinary communication is kept for no longer than 2 years unless a legal reason requires longer retention.

Prenotazioni, acquisti, acquisto e vendita in conto vendita

For reservations, purchases, buyouts or commission sales, we process data needed to complete the order, reservation, payment, documents, goods handover, payout and related communication.

The legal basis is performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting legal claims. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the period required by law.

Reclami, resi e assistenza clienti

When handling complaints, returns or other customer requests, we process data needed to resolve the matter, including proof of purchase, complaint description and related communication.

We keep this data for the time necessary to resolve the request and then for the time needed to protect legal claims.

Newsletter

The website does not currently run a public newsletter sign-up. If we launch one in the future, we will process email addresses only on the basis of consent and with an easy unsubscribe option.

When you visit the website, technical data such as IP address, device, browser and visit time may be processed.

The website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools run only after consent is given in the cookie banner. You can change your choice by deleting the stored browser preference.

Google Maps is loaded as third-party embedded content on the contact page. We use Instagram and WhatsApp for communication and social content. Website images are served from Cloudflare R2 or the custom image domain according to the current configuration.

Social network, Instagram e WhatsApp

If you contact us through Instagram or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide through these services. The service provider, especially Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., may also process data under its own privacy policy.

Foto e contenuti dei clienti

Photos of goods sent for buyout, commission sale, reservation or customer communication are processed only for the purpose for which you provided them.

Customer photos, social media tags, reviews or other content are used for marketing only if we have consent or if you expressly allow such use.

Destinatari dei dati personali

We do not provide personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be processed by suppliers who help us operate the boutique, website and related services.
